How to Uninstall
Uninstall Step 1
Solve iQ was created to provide its customers with the best possible software products. In event that our software does not operate as expected, and you wish to uninstall Solve iQ, we have provided an easy uninstall program available on the Start menu of Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7.
Click the Windows Start menu usually located in the lower left of your screen, select Programs or All Programs then scroll down to the Solve iQ folder.
Uninstall Step 2
Find the folder for the Solve iQ program and right click on the main software icon then select “Uninstall Solve iQ” to begin the removal process.
Alternatively you can also go you Windows Control Panel and select the Add Remove Programs (or Apps & Features in Windows 10). Then find Solve iQ and choose the uninstall option as shown below:
Uninstall Step 3
On the first dialog that appears, click Uninstall.
Uninstall Step 4
The uninstall will start to clean your system of files and remove Solve iQ from your PC.
Uninstall Step 5
If prompted with a User Account Control dialog, select “Yes” to continue the uninstall.
Uninstall Step 6
The Solve iQ uninstall process is complete and will automatically close
Uninstall Step 7
If you have installed the Solve iQ PageBoost browser add-on/extension and wish to remove it, you need to follow the additional instructions listed at: How to Uninstall Solve iQ Page Boost
Note: A cookie with trackable information still remains on your computer after the software has been removed. This cookie can be removed using your web browser’s normal cookie removal process.
